The Kindergarten Section of Don Bosco School, Trasi was Inaugurated in a grand ceremony on 20th June 2025 in the School Auditorium. The esteemed Chief Guest for the event was Rev. Fr. Maxim D’Souza, the Rector and Principal of the school. Present on the occasion were the Administrator, Rev. Fr. Arnold Mathias and the Vice Principal, Rev. Fr. Bryce Rodrigues.

The program began with a prayer led by Kindergarten Teachers. The students of Kindergarten Section greeted the dignitaries on the dais florally. The novel Academic Year 2025-26 was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp ceremony by the dignitaries along with the Kindergarten Section Coordinator and the Student Representatives.

Fr. Maxim D’Souza addressed the gathering with his heartfelt message. He stated, “Children are most precious gifts.” Comparing children to flowers, he added, “Flowers are beautiful, both artificial and real; but children like the real flowers are delicate, beautiful, filled with life and they spread their fragrance to everyone in the form of joy that they bring to our hearts. Hence, each one of them should be cherished.”

The children enjoyed singing and moving to the action songs with the teachers. It was a heart- warming moment, reflecting the students’ innocence in their mischievous moves. The program concluded with the National Anthem.
